Our NEW Saws Have Arrived

Our newest saws have arrived and are up and running!

These automatic saws not only look pretty but will increase our size capacity. The largest saw will be able to handle 16" diameter rounds and 28" wide plates with ease. The dual column saw sports a 7.5hp motor that effortlessly pushes the 1.6" blade through even the toughest tool steels - faster and more accurately than ever. Cutting time on a 13" diameter D2 tool steel was only 15 minutes even at a slow feed rate!

With the increase in size capacity, cutting speed and accuracy, Key Metals can now deliver more sizes faster and with better quality than ever - the FASTEST just got FASTER!

These plates are machinable at up to 40% higher speeds than comparable carbon steels! Freemax 15 is a low-carbon steel that may be carburized and hardened using similar methods used with ordinary low-carbon steels.
